Digital File and Tile Mural Order Guide

Use this guide for estimating the cost of your Custom Tile Mural and determining the size and number of tiles needed for your project. Feel free to call or e-mail to discuss your tile project and we will answer any question you may have.

Many of our pages list default tiles and sizes. We can on request process images and murals with other sizes, 12" square, 6x8 inch, 8x10 inch and the 4.25 inch and 6 inch square. Not all murals fit all tile sizes proportionally. Please check with us for special requests.

Custom Mural Pricing is a 4 tile or stone minimum.

Please call 307-577-1091 or email with any questions. You may also send large files (over 5 meg.) on DVD or CD. Also include any special instructions or requests, please include your phone number so that we may contact you if we are unsure or have questions about your instructions.

We will email you with the charges for shipping and any computer time before shipping your finished product. You will then go the bottom of this page and enter that amount after clicking the BuyNow button for shipping and or computer time. Example: if shipping is $15.00 enter 15 into the quantity ordered(at $1.00 each) and fill in the rest of your information or use your credit card via PayPal to finish your order. We will then ship your tile mural or photo gift product.

Shipping of Custom Murals is based on the actual UPS charges, or other shipping method you request, rounded to the nearest dollar.

Computer time is for scanning, alteration, and manipulation of your file or picture charged out at $40.00 per hour, with a (1) one hour minimum.

Digital files should be at least 220 dpi at intended, final printed, mural size (100-300 MB files are not uncommon) or as large as possible and we can enlarge it to final image size. We prefer tiff, pd, jpg.

If you cannot achieve the resolution and image sizes recommended, send the best you can for us to examine and evaluate the image file's suitability for your installation. We invested a boatload of money in specialty software to achieve excellent results and sometimes it is best to let us play with our digital toys.

You may send art or photos for us to scan. We will return the original. Package carefully! All work must be flat (no frames or glass).

Remember, images supplied are the customer's responsibility as to copyright and permission for reproduction, not the responsibility nor liability of Creative Custom Color (DON'T swipe other peoples images and materials).
